Excellent dinner tonight at a wonderful restaurant in Montpelier, VT.  The best part was finding apple pie and cheese on the menu.  When I assembled this for myself over Thanksgiving, everyone in my family was fairly certain it was time to have me committed.   It is nice to have proof it is not just me   This restaurant is operated by the students of the Vermont Culinary Institute, I give them all an A for tonight.
